Vitality & Resilience 50gm loose leaf tea blend: Licorice: traditionally used as an adrenal tonic, anti-inflammatory, to heal gut irritation. Chosen for its use for adrenal depletion and physical stress. It also adds a sweetness to the blend which is simply delicious. Always recommended to try prior to adding honey or sweetener to the tea. Astragalus: traditionally used as an adaptogen, tonic, antioxidant and immune supporting herb. Often used for debility and fatigue, to support the immune system and treat chronic fatigue. Siberian ginseng: One of our fave vitality and adaptogenic herbs. Traditionally used for physical stress, fatigue, recovery and to improve mental performance and concentration. Who doesn’t love the sound of that? Breathe Easy: Peppermint, Scotch Pine, Eucalyptus, Kunzea Blended with Sunflower, Coconut and Macadamia oil for safe skin application. Stress Relief: Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Sweet Orange, Lavender, Bergamot Blended with Sunflower, Coconut and Macadamia oil to be safe for skin application. Calming: Lavender, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang Essential Oil Blended with Sunflower, Coconut and Macadamia oil for safe skin application.

Medi.tea Vitality & Resilience Loose Leaf Tea Blend: Taste is minty fresh and slightly earthy with a hint of sweetness. Advised to try first before you add sweetener such as honey. Licorice can add sweetness already! 2 teaspoons = 1 serve. Place in strainer. Add to 1 cup boiled water. Steep 3-5 minutes. Strain & enjoy. For a stronger effect, steep another 3-5mins. Approximately 12 serves. Therapeutic Roll On Trio: Roll a small amount as required up to 6 times per day to the temple, wrist, or back/chest, and inhale.
